Processing Time
All orders require 2–3 business days for processing prior to shipment. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. While we aim to fulfill orders promptly, processing times may vary depending on order volume and item availability.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
Orders are shipped from the United States via trusted carriers, including UPS and USPS for domestic deliveries, and DHL for international orders.
Domestic shipping is offered at competitive standard rates, while international shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent via email. Delivery timelines vary depending on location and carrier, and exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Please note that delays due to couriers, weather conditions, or customs processing are beyond our control.
Insurance & Signature Confirmation
For security and peace of mind, all orders valued over $100 are shipped with insurance and require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign, arrangements may need to be made directly with the carrier.
Shipping Liability & Responsibility
Once an order has been dispatched, Ella’s Authentic Collection is not liable for:

Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information
That said, we are here to assist. Should any issue arise, please contact us and we will help facilitate a resolution with the shipping carrier.
As all shipping claims are handled directly with the courier, customer cooperation is required throughout the process. Any refund or replacement is subject to the carrier’s claim outcome. Failure to provide necessary documentation (e.g., proof of damage or loss) may affect the resolution.
Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require additional shipping fees for redelivery.
International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that customs-related delays are beyond our control. If a package is refused or deemed undeliverable, any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
